In 2026 we founded Thoth Intelligence, Inc. as the platform and corporate infrastructure to scale what MbM built — with the plan to merge fully once the model is validated. Every engagement now runs on the ARK platform, compounding expertise with each sprint.

Thoth Intelligence, Inc. was founded in April 2026 as a Delaware C corporation — the platform and corporate infrastructure to take what MbM built over five years and scale it. It owns the ARK platform, the polyspheric AI architecture, and the methodology. It's the parent entity for investor conversations, intellectual property, and long-term operations.
MarS by Mercury is the consulting brand that delivers engagements to clients. When you contract with MbM, the ARK platform and Thoth's methodology come standard — one relationship, not a two-entity handoff.
The plan is to merge MbM fully into Thoth Intelligence, Inc. once consulting revenue validates the model. Until then, MbM operates as a dedicated consulting arm with its own brand identity and client relationship, backed by the full weight of the ARK platform.
